The Auto-Refill feature allows you to automatically top up your tokens when your balance is running low, so you can continue enjoying your time with models without interruptions. It refills your balance with the last token package you had manually purchased and charges your last payment details on file. If you want your balance to be refilled with a different token package or change your payment details, you must purchase the token package from the Buy Tokens page using your preferred payment details so that it’s set as your Auto-Refill option.
This feature is only available with some payment methods that offer the option of easy top-up. There are different Auto-Refill limits depending on the payment method:
- Cards and PayPal - 4 per 24 hours.
- Sofort, iDeal and GiroPay - 1 per 24 hours.
If you need to add more tokens to your account once you reach the auto-refill limit, you can do it manually through the Buy Tokens page.
In our mission to offer a better experience to our users, we perform the auto-refill with Sepa/Incasso when purchasing with Soft, iDeal or GiroPay. This charge might take 1 to 2 working days to appear on your bank statement.
Go to your Settings and Privacy page and find the “Balance Auto-Refill” panel where you can enable the feature.
